I don't know what's worse, the fact that foods that can cripple your heart in one meal exist out there or that I know how most of the taste and started craving them while reading this and viewing this. Frankly, there's a reason that so many of these dishes look so tasty and have my mouth watering by even thinking about them or see pictures of them. The only thing that has kept me from noshing on most of these so far is their availability to my location.
But besides that, there's also the convenience factor that comes in when you want to eat at a fast food place or even a restaurant where they set a place for you, bring you your food and clean up after you. I mean, when I go to one of the places mentioned in these articles, I
tend to be able to bring up my filter that allows me to devour meals that could shave years off of my life and not worry about them until afterwards. Even foods I thought were healthy (like a burrito from Chipotle can pack on the calories, sodium and more.
It sort of reminds me of some of the documentaries like the one where that guy ate nothing by McDonald's for a month (Supersize Me) and then had his health evaluated afterwards to find out it really messed him up. Anyway, the thing that drew my attention the most outside of his expanding waist size and other internal scrambled up levels, was the kids who ate their regularly because of the colorful commercials and fun advertisements for toys, games and whatnot. To me, that's where the foods really become an issue -- with our children who depend on us to make educated healthy decisions for them.

My God..I refuse eating all that stuff because I know it's bad for the health.
